1. Introduction
Welcome to XLT's luxury transportation services. These Terms and Conditions govern the
use of our Mercedes van and related services. By booking our services, you agree to
comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. User Responsibility
The client (hereafter referred to as "User") agrees to be fully responsible for any
damages incurred to the interior and exterior of the Mercedes van during the duration of
the service provided by XLT.
3. Damage Liability
The User is liable for any damage caused by actions, negligence, or misconduct of
themselves or any of their party members. This includes, but is not limited to, damage
to the vehicle upholstery, equipment, accessories, and windows.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited inside the Mercedes van: Smoking of any
kind, including e-cigarettes; Consumption of illegal substances; Excessive alcohol
consumption leading to unruly behavior; Any form of violence or harassment.
5. Safety and Conduct
The User and all passengers must adhere to basic safety and conduct standards. This
includes wearing seat belts at all times and respecting the driver and vehicle.
6. Cleaning and Sanitation Fee
If the Mercedes van requires cleaning beyond the standard procedure due to spills,
stains, or other reasons attributable to the User or their party, an additional cleaning
fee will be charged.
7. Limitation of Liability
XLT is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. The User is
encouraged to check the vehicle before leaving.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made [insert hours/days] prior to the scheduled service time. Late
cancellations may incur a fee.
9. Modifications to Service
XLT reserves the right to make modifications to the service or these terms without prior
notice.
10. Compliance with Laws
The User agrees to abide by all local laws and regulations while using the service. Any
legal violations or police encounters that occur during the service period are the sole
responsibility of the User.
11. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless XLT and its employees against all losses,
damages, penalties, and expenses arising out of the User's use of the service.
12. Agreement to Terms
By booking the transportation service provided by XLT, the User acknowledges that they
have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
